We have state of the art circular knitting facility which includes; Single Jersey Knitting Machine and Double Jersey Knitting Machine which facilitates us in making all kinds of fabrics to meet customer’s requirements and achieve excellence in fabric quality.
We have an advanced HTHP cheese dyeing division. Equipped with machinery from Germany and Italy. Our fabric dyeing division has a modern Effluent Treatment Plant & Reverse Osmosis Technology, and biological treatment technologies and Nano Technology reinforcing our commitment to eco-friendly practices.
Fabric Inspection refers to the degree of excellence or superiority of the fabric in terms of its texture, colour, strength, and durability. The quality of a textile product is determined by the raw materials used, the production process, and the skill of the workforce. The final stage of the production process involves enhancing the appearance and functionality of the fabric.
The first stage in the manufacturing of garments is the cutting and it it done with imported machinery. We have One Band Knife Cutting Machine and Two Straight Knife Cutting Machines with the cutting capacity of 50,000 Pcs per day. Although scissors are used very rarely-only when working with very small batches or sensitive fabrics-cutting continues to be done by hand, particularly in many lower volume orders.
Heat transfer division allows to print a design onto a piece of clothing. Heat transfer printing implements the process of heat to transfer an image created in wax to a garment. Heat transfer is preferred over direct thermal printing on surfaces that are heat-sensitive or when higher durability of printed matter (especially against heat) is desired.
We are known for our expertise in printing. Equipped with two rotary printing machines, we produce innovative and trendy designs in pigment, reactive and discharge up to 10 colours with engineered repeat options. Our printing machines are capable of creating trendy and delicate designs and it is one of our biggest selling points.
Our sewing is equipped with 70 Latest garment sewing and has with Bartag machine, Elastic Attachment Machine, Zig Zag Machines and other sewing related machines which has been imported from major companies such Pegasus and Brother. The garment division with modernized machines ensure bulk production of garments like T-shirts, Gym Vest, Plain Vest, Briefs, Boxers, Slips, Brassieres and Panties.
Our Ironing section comprises of 5 Ironing Tables powered with Vacuum and Steam, these machines have the production capacity of 10,000 Pcs/Day. As an effort to conserve water usage, we have installed Rain Water Harvesting Pit and the Steam Produced for Ironing Division is from purely filtered Rain Water. Our Packing Division is equipped with 15 Highly Skilled Workforce which has the capacity to pack 15,000 Pcs/Day
